STILL WAITING FOR AN EXPLANATION

I complained about the service of Cell C on 25th June. Blanche Opperman responded and assured me that my complaint would be dealt with speedily and at the same time mentioned that another two amounts had been deducted off my bank account, which she would query. She sent me her email address to follow up. I have emailed her, left messages for her to contact me, as, I am told, she does not take phone calls, but will return calls. I am still waiting for my calls to be returned.
When I send emails, I just get told that she will escalate the complaint... nothing happens.

From complaints that I read on Hellopeter, Cell C need to improve their service drastically as what they advertise and what a person receives are two different things. Cell C does not live up to their advertising.
