I recently found out that I was being charged R 3 per day and my wife R 5 per day for subscription services over the last few months that I never knew about. I dont even know what I am supposed to be getting for these services and who subscribed me. So I call MTN as my airtime has basically dissappeared without me making a call and they advise that the company like [URL Removed] can just start billing you as they please as you may have just clicked on some link. Surely this it totally against the CPA and according to MTN there is no way to stop this as they dont have a system in place. Make sure you check your billing with MTN as you also may be a victim. Surely a large company like MTN must stop these services until they are totally transparent to the consumer as many people are unaware of this and are being silently ripped off or conned.
