Why are customers not protected by MTN as their service provider from unethical practices by these subscription service companies? I never subscribe to any services via my phone browser but once in a while i get confirmation of a subscription i never subscribed to? this simply means customers are auto subscribed to services even if they never clicked those links, my argument is since MTN is the service provider and the middlemen between the customer and these of companies what measure do they take to make sure the customer is protected from such... I promise to move to another network if i get another subscription i do not know of.
