Not responding to close my CellC account

Dear Team

I am John PC Smit with id 6609265122807 and CellC account numbers 0842938460 and 0846812285.I have asked CELLC 6 days ago to send me information on how to cancel my account from the 1st of July 2013.They have not yet responded on this matter. Can you please help
