On august 30/08/2013 i.ve signed up with a debt review company. I ask my debt couselor whether all of my accounts will be included and they said yes ofcause they can add my cellc acount to debt review as cellc accepted debt review. The 30/09/2013 when i went on to transunion to get my credit report i was shocked to see that cellc listed 2 defaults under my name with the credit bearaux of R507 which was an amount i can gladly affort. My debt counsellor came back to me and send me all the proof of the email communication between them and cellc there and then i realised that cellc never responded on my debt counselors emails from the 30th of august, and then after a while on the 1st of october they came back saying that they do no longer accept debt review as of the 1/10/2013.So im really frustrated here and i want to take this matter as far as possable as cellc had no right to go and list me it just shows how litle they care for their clients if they responded on the emails from my debt counsellor which i have on file on the 30th of august 2013 i would have know where i stand and either pay the account up to date or make arrangements with them but they pathetic and useless!!!
