Terrible Service and Terrible Network

I received an email after my complaint and i received an email saying that they will contact me, this was about 2 weeks ago and still nothing, im starting to think that maybe they cant even get hold of me due to bad network.

Disgusting how this company still stays in business and claims they are the cheapest network, of-course they are the cheapest network because you pay triple the amount just calling the person back over and over when the call constantly drops
