No contact since the previous complaint!

I have got a response from the Escalation team from telkom via a email, but nothing from telkom direct store in Peitermarizburg, Liberty Midlands Mall branch. It is now two weeks since I posted my first complaint on Hellopeter.com.
I am still without a cellphone! and still waiting for news about my cellphone. The service off the Pietermarizburg branch is terrible, they don't care too keep you informed about the product you bring in for repairs.
There is no proper staff to attend too you for different problems. There is no manager on hand too complain too most off the time. When you do get hold off the manager, they are not interested and not motivated to find out whats happening with the product.

Over all telkom is the worst service provider to deal with as they just don't give a about you the customer!
