I cancelled my contract end May, giving Nashua one month's notice. I requested my sim card remain open to use on a prepaid basis. First week of July, my sim card was blocked. I phoned Nashua demanding that they unblock my card. Immediately I had signal and could use it. To my horror, I am still being billed subscription for July and August. When I contact the same consultant who assured me that my contract will be cancelled in June, he replies that he is still waiting for my cancellation request??? Please sort this out immediately and credit me the subscription for July. I will ensure my debit order is STOPPED and will have my lawyers involved should this not be resolved. I will not be held liable for anything after the 1st of July as I gave ample time notice for my cancellation! Sort it out Nashua and get back to me.
