Please help - pretty please

I'm doing research work for a UK company and need data. In Jan 2013 Telkom advertised a deal which include: iPad, ADSL (at 1Mbps - 5GB data), BizTalk Plan 1 (line rental 150 free minutes Call management) and mobile data (650MB data p/m) all for R699.00 - (I still got the add), telkom keeps on billing me for R1200 every month!!! I've been to the Bethlehem branch every month - same story - they will log the call. In May a women phoned me and told me I can't query my account and closed it on the system (she refused to give her name or a reference number). 6 months later: 1) I'm still being billed R1200 per month, 2) no caller ID on fixed line and my speed is at dial up speed - 10 times slower than advertised!!! The Bethlehem branch manager is said to be Louise Smith at 0815273497, but the lady answering keeps saying I've got the wrong number. Who can I contact to sort this for me please?!!
