MTN needs to learn what customer service is about

Did an upgrade to the Z10 over the phone. Service was good for this... well you hv to pay an upgrade fee. Not all details of the phone was explained, micro sim card, register software, etc. Handset gets delivered and I have to go to a store to get this done. Now the hand set has a problem... the 808 number cant help, the 1555 number cant help (this is the BB technicians), the stores cant help and I hv to contact 0831233667 who also is not able to be of much assistance... they only work Mon-Fri. So I hv a brand new faulty Z10, paid an upgrade fee, contract price is much more, called the numbers 808, 1555, 0831233667 and here I sit trying to sort this out. Lesson, DONT upgrade over the phone (call centre), if you do the stores will be of little help. Also take note of the franchise stores vs the service centre stores... they will not help across... although they all carry the MTN logo and brand. It has been like more than a week now and I am awaiting the courier company to now pick up the hand set, which will be entered back into stock and THEN only a new one will be scheduled for delivery. Although I advised that I can come through to the 14th ave office and get the swop done.
