I TOOK A CONTRACT FOR A WIRELESS ROUTER WHICH WAS DELIVERED ON 27 MARCH. IT CAME WITHOUT A USB MODEM WHICH RENDERED IT USELESS TO ME. I CALLED CELL C AND TOLD THEM TO CANCEL THE DEAL. IT TOOK THEM MORE THAN A MONTH TO HAVE THE ITEM COLLECTED FROM ME, THAT TOO ONLY AFTER I CARRIED ON PHONING THEM. DESPITE NUMEROUS GUARENTEES FROM MEENA, THE THAT SOLD ME THE DEVICE, MY ACCOUNT WAS STILL DEBITED IN APRIL FOR R250.00. IT IS NOW THE END OF JUNE AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM. THEY KEEP SAYING TO ME THAT ITS BEING PROCESSED. MAN... HOW LONG ARE YOU USELESS PROCESSING?? YOU PEOPLE SERVICE LEVELS ARE APPALING AT BEST. DONT BE FUKEN, RETURN MY FUKEN MONEY!! BY THE WAY, THIS IS THE SECOND MAIL IM SENDING THROUGH HELLO PETER. GOES TO SHOW HOW MUCH YOU VALUE GOOD SERVICE!
