So Cell C, keeps advertising how cheap they are... NOW I understand why... because of the lack of service and just don`t care attitude Cell C has.
It all started when I upgraded to a new Blackberry Z10. Everything was processed and low and behold 2 mobile phones were delivered. I made it clear to cell c, the mistake they made which they promptly collected the duplicate device. Now all of a sudden I have 2 contracts with them and being billed double a month. You can clearly see there is no activity on the account, as I don`t even know what the phone nr is let alone a phone to use it for!
After numerous complaints and trying the so call customer support nr 140, they still haven`t fixed it and every month continues to deduct duplicate payments... This is after receiving sms`ses and confirmation that it will be fixed???
I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and have never received this type of service from them.
CELL C I AM TRUELY DISSAPOINTED!! You leave me no choice to start looking at other Service providers.
The next step is to cancel all my debit orders... As you are blatantly my money!
