Cell C
Cancelled contract not cancelled

I recently took out a Cell C data contract.
Within two weeks I cancelled due to poor reception in my area.
I did this cancellation on the Cell C website.
But currently I am still being billed on this contract.

I phoned the customer care line with no results.
What do I do now?
