High internet account for 2 months

I have been a customer of Cell for About 4 years now and that time I have on numerous occasions received very accounts and on each of these it relates to Internet. Firstly let me tell you I use WI-FI at home and work Internet at work so their is noway I can accumulate a enormous bill like I have been receiving. When you go to a Cell C branch they cannot even assist you what a waste of time where is the customer service there is none it's shocking all get given is a number to call in Johannesburg I mean hello I stay in Cape Town who pays for the call ME.So I called the number spoke to a consultant and guess what "I will call you back sir" yes you have guessed right NOBODY calls back. This continued for 3days till a lady called Janelle finally managed to dig up some information which nothing because there is only IP addresses on the bill I mean com? n it's useless to me. Find the problem and correct it until them my debit order remains stopped.
