Overcharging and data not loaded

I upgraded two accounts in January, and since then I've been overcharged by approx 100% on both my accounts with MTN. Despite several queries raised this has not been resolved. The internet data that should be loaded as part of the contract is not loaded correctly. Itemized billing is not sent to me.
