Very concerned about service and security at MTN

We went to Europe on business. Arranged phone to be switched to roaming in case of any emergency. I never received calls and did not make any call during the period which can easily checked also with cellphone call logging system. However MTN added 267 calls on roaming approx 55minutes on roaming. On return to RSA my wife called me while I was in a meeting and didn't take the call. The call went through to a black lady who answered the phone to my wife surprise. I received an invoice which revealed the above info which I then took up with MTN at Menlyn on 7 Aug who logged a query and indicated that it would be solved within 48 hours - no feedback. Went to Woodlands MTN on 10 Aug and logged another query - still no result from any of queries logged (8 & 4 days). I believe it is until this is resolved. It is of great concern that such practices and poor services are coming from a longterm service supplier. These service providers are now becoming faceliss operators (you cant sit in front of somebody who can deal efficiently with customers) who will eventually fall on their own poor and unreliable services.
