Can't do did'nt do

Went in to have a contract cancelled, wound up paying an extra month as the staff had not done the cancellation correctly. Following this I went in and was told a repair to my existing contract phone would take 2 weeks!! I then extremely stupidly attempted to open a new account but was informed 24 hours later that they had still not entered the application as all the systems where down!
I feel this company needs to seriously re-think their opperational strategy as the competition is becoming far fiercer.
