About a month ago in October 2013 i went to Atteridgeville Jet Store to close my account, i was told to pay the total balance of R100.00, so i did afterwards then I was told that the account has been closed and the cell c airtime subscription has been cancelled and i will get a call from someone within 48 hrs to confirm the cancellation as i waited its been a month now waiting since i have been waiting for the call. I called the Edcon customer service and i was told that I owe R34.65 for that airtime that I dont even want. I have been call the airtime subscription line for the past 7 months now even went directly to Jet store but still its not cancelled and i still received airtime every month. I DONT WANT THE JET ACCOUNT ANYMORE AND ALSO NOT SO IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE, AS FOR THE AIRTIME SUBSCRIPTION ITS A SERIOUSLY HASSLE TO CANCEL IT THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF, BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
