I came to your store (Rosebank) on instruction from the Cellc call center to be assisted with a SIM swap and to fill out the forms for my Cellc insurance to get a handset replaced that was on Saturday.
Your front desk 'consultants' are absolutely unwilling or unable to help and are a major shame to your organization and I must say I have not experienced such apathetic service in my life. to complicate things the Email address listed on the
CellC website for the Rosebank mall branch does not work either
I had to go to Game in The Zone to get a starter pack just to be able to start communicating.
I have been a customer with CellC for many years now and find the above behavior unacceptable and very strange as I have always had absolutely the best service from CellC
