I took out a data package with MTN through Autopage some 2/3 months ago. The number of times that I get knocked of the network when connected to the internet is beyond believe. This morning I decided that I had had enough and phoned MTN customer service on 173. Firstly the IVR menu gives you all sorts of details except which number to push if you have a complaint. I eventually pushed what I thought could be the best number and eventually got through to an operator only to be told that the system is down and they were unable to help. In reality MTN have not upheld their end of the contract?
