I entered into a Neotel contract as they promised me fast data. They could not deliver after numerous interventions- so I contacted them via their web page to cancel. Their web page does not send you a copy of the message. I waited and waited for confirmation, but every month they debit my account with R919.00 despite me not accessing any data or using the phone.
I eventually managed to get through to a customer rep - who eventually sent me a cancellation email - but Neotel still debits my account every month.
I drove to Midrand to buy a "pay as you go" phone for my son and sort out my account last monday- they cant help me because "the system is down"
I have had enough - they have drained my bank account and I am unemployed. Also I hear from their outlets now that they are going bust - thats why I cant get a refund.
Please HELP me.
