A few months ago I was informed thet my MTN account is in arrears. Problem I don not have an account with MTN. Upon futher investigation it was found that I have been a victim of identity. Went trough the whole thimg of avidavidts and documentation sent to Trans Union. Found out today that MTN have still not responded and removed the account from my ITC report. And tried to contact them several times regarding this matter just to end up with being told sorry sir this is the incorrect department you will have to phone back again. I will never be a MTN customer.
