Termination of Service without conscent

Hi

Could you please assist me with the following issue regarding Autopage.

During this past weekend my cellphone line just got suspended without me getting any calls or the ability to make any calls for that matter. I got a cal from a lady from Autopage which informed me that I have used a lot of data during my downloads and if i was aware of it. I confirmed. I then mentioned to her that my line is not operational and she confirmed it will be switched on again.

Now yesterday (Monday) I have spent round about an hour and a half trying to sort out the problem with them. They again confirmed this time the line is operational at their side but have to be reset with Vodacom. Now it is again 24 hours later and the line is still not operational.

Now as a professional person I have since Monday lost about R12000 of revenue due to the service not operational. My question is; Why did Autopage terminated the service in the first place as I did not give them any authority to do as such. I pay my account by debit order every month and the least I expect is that I do have my cellphone operational as it is critical for my business!
