I have had numerous calls from rewards Co. Trying to offer me something from Hollard. what really irritated me was the phone call from them on saturday at 09.30 (which i ignored as i new it was there 031 number) Then again the call came through at 10.00. i answered this call. i asked the telesales consultant where they got my number from as i am tired of the calls. I got told from a consumer database??? please will you let me know which Database as i do not beleive this is true. I then said to this agent that you are not allowed to make sales calls like this and especially not on a weekend. This lady got extremely rude and continued to say to me, "where did i get that iinformation from" i asked to speak to a supervisor, this lady slammed the phone dow. This is completely unacceptable. Who do you think you guys are phoning me on a weekend harrassing me trying to sell me something when i didnt sign anything to be informed of offers from Hollard. and then to get attitude like this. This Complaint will also be sent to hollard. Big up to hollard, as there is noway in i would want to sign up with your company.
