3 Parts to the complaint
1 - received a telesales call regarding the insurance on my ford bantam to which I asked the lady to call me the following day as I was busy - no 2nd call
2 - received an sms saying please call Hollard insurance - please note Hollard is not my insurer
3 - then received a letter on behalf of the vehicle finance company saying after the standard concerned for your vehicle being you have the punch line.
If you do not furnish us with your insurers details we will take money out of your bank account.
I find this extremely disappointing that it has taken them over 2 years to check if my vehicle has been insured.
I am not with Hollard Insurance so I owe you nothing
I also do not like being threatened to have monies removed from my bank account.
I then did email the company with my concerns and stationg I was upset. I also sent them my policy number form my current insurer. they then replied that this was not proof enough and that I must email them a copy of the policy
This to me means you want to see all my privileged information from another company - sorry that is almost industrial espionage for lack of better wording
Finally I asked for a call
