Bad Attitude and The Worst Service EVER from Emily

Ive been recieving calls from hollard Insurance for the past week or so regarding an insurance quote. i had no problem whatsover to do the quote with them, but i only had one request, seeing that i work with customers on a daily basis, i requested to be called back after 5pm so we can do the quote. ive been getting 3 to four calls monday to friday from Hollard on every other time except the time i requested and this is such an inconvenience in my line of work. ive explained it to every consultant that i prefer being called after 5.This morning at 9am i received a call from EMILY in Hollard and i said to her to please note that I dont want to proceed with this quote anymore seeing that no one seems to understand my time request ive explained to her that im at work and its an inconvenience and im starting to feel harrased by Hollard. She was so rude and she laughed during the call and said i was being dramatic esp coz she's also doing her job. i felt very offended by someone laughing when im frustrated at their level of service esp if its enterfering with my work. Emily is has the worst customer service in the whole world. ill be relooking at my cpa rights again coz this is harrasment
