I applied for my landline to be converted to ADSL on 5th November 2012 to date no reponse - I lodged complaint on Hellopeter on 9 January 2013 and had a reply from Movi Thusi (Telkom) on 10th January their ref ARS218901 who promised to provide feedback and to date still no response.
Can someone at Telkom please urgently assist in converting my landline 041-3681756 to ADSL.
