Either no internet or no landline?

I have been complaining to Telkom for over two months. It always was intermittent adsl service, now the landline is not working. I have paid to date. Are there any other services that can guarantee an uninterupted adsl line and landline? I really need to know as this has cost me thousands in lost clients, lost voice messages, being unable to contact etc. I have even been charged for an "uneccesary call out fee" What hogwash.
