I recently had major issues with my Blackberry 9900. When originally upgrading my phone i was told that i do not qualify for the 9900 and that i would have to pay an extra R149? per month in order to get the phone, which i did. The i started having problems with the phone and in the end it was replaced (with a refurbished phone)! Again i complained and was then given a "credit" for which i could choose a new phone! The credit given was R4700, I choose not to take a blackberry due to all the problems i experienced and opted for the Samsung S3 mini which was according to them R5400 and i was told i would have to again pay in. After my husband gave the agent some words he was informed that we could take the Samsung mini with no additional charges! Considering my new phone that was sent in was replaced with a refurbished phone it should be expected! This raises my question: Blackberry 9900 selling for R6800 - Samsung mini for R5400 yet i was only allocated a credit of R4700 and still have to pay the additional R149 pm for the instrument? Two queries later i still have to answer to this dispute - this is daylight - i am in the end paying for poor product and service!!
