Good day from a very unhappy client.
I received an Sms this morning from SSDA 0878250600 stating that i owe Mtn R6006.52 that i sould make payment ASAP . I contacted Mtn costumer services and hold on forever. I then contact SSDA 0878250600 and spoke to Refilwe. She asked me my contact number, Id number and my surname and she stated that the number is linked to a Mr. Josef Solomon, i could't hear as the line was bad! I asked her to take of my number and to send me proof she only stated i should use the reference number
How de do you have my number and listed on someone else's name? I wonder how it is possible so if that
person spend money under my phone number I'm going be responsible? That is not on, i pay my account each month with debit order. And on my billing statement stated i don't owe any money!
Please sort out this stuff, very unhappy
