Hi on the 8 april 2013 i made a complaint about my data aacount not working.i have a uncapped internet account but my internet cuts off all the time so mtn coverage department was suppose to send one of their techs to so the problem at home.i furthermore cotact several other times but no one came to my assistance.on my last call to them i told the consultant to inform them that if it is not sorted out by the end of the month i am going to put a stop order on my account.we are now in june and i am still waiting for them.thanks
