Twice I have phoned for assistance as 240MB of data disappeared overnight from my phone. I did have all my Mobile Data settings off as I always check as I have learn-ed in the past to do this. Both times I was inform my Internet was on as I do know it couldn't have been on as I also close my apps after each entry. The call centre just forwarded my call both times to some department to help me and every time I just get back to the switchboard. Even my phone's data manager show's I have only used 7mb in the last month. I don't understand why MTN cant explain where the data went to as I know for sure I didn't use my Internet.
