After numerous phone calls and emails the thrilling response of Vodacom's unscrupulous data charges is "we consider the matter resolved" even after two payments on good faith that vodacom would resolve the matter my latest statements don't even reflect the R5, 000 I've just paid. They refuse to itemise a bill and they refuse to account for where the data bundles are out/or the night owl bundles end. Checking CONTINUALLY every session to ensure i was never out of data bundles mean their system cannot update the user correctly or they are simply over charging without regard. They then offer payment terms of a minimum of 50% payment when they still refuse to comply with requests for their time stamp authority certificate, and a detailed itemised account showing EXACTLY where the data bundle was out. Even the sms normally sent to warn users before they are out of bundle rates - they cannot provide the metadata of the sms proving it was sent at all, let alone sent in time to correctly advise a user that they are now in out of data bundle rates. And then my numbers are simply cut off. Without doubt the worst customer service i've encountered. Its extortion!
