Failing to provide service, and failing to respond

The following are just a few of my written appeals, after seven tel calls that was recorded by virgin mobile, and still no response. Please help me, as I would not like to act unlawfully!!!
1. I can not even begin to tell you how terribly disappointed I am in Virgin Mobile in particular and the service we have recieved this past month from your company, ( just go and check your recordings), with promises of correction within 24 hours every time we phoned since after we arrived back in SA on 11th May.
2. After I sent this email below to you on 05 June 2013, I received the reply, and I responded on 06 June 2013, as per emails below, stating that the service has still not been activated, and at the time of this writing, Virgin Mobile has still not privided me with the service that I have already paid for since last month!
3.Due to your CONTINUED non-delivery of my full service which I have paid for for TWO MONTHS already, and begged you countless times to rectify, I have NO OTHER OPTION THAN TO TERMINATE MY CONTRACT!!! HEREWITH I NOTIFY YOU THAT, DUE TO YOUR DISHONORING YOUR PART OF SUPPLYING A SERVICE TO ME, I AM CANCELLING MY CONTRACT WITH YOU EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
