No service AT ALL

We went in store on sat the 15 to find out if a tablet was wifi and 3g and informed that it was. I had the tablet delivered to my dad in durban -(we are in cape town) only on receipt we see that it is only wifi which is NOT what we want
In addition to the email cc to you which I resend to [Email Removed]
Also called the no on the website which dont exist anymore.
Prior to that I called the cell no on the waybill (0832007029) it rang then went into voicemail or no answer msg.
after a few hours I tried again and same story, so I saved the no to my fone and found that it is whatsapp enabled,
I then send a whatsapp msg which was recieved but no response until now.(msg: intro myself asked for email to communicate)
After few hours I again send msg but this msg indication is the it was not recieved.
Yesterday, I spend considerable time trying to get contact details for the branch.
I called #808 which is the service provider helpline but really (not to be over critical) but they are at sea or maybe the system is just obscure.
IT HAS BEEN A JOKE - Can someone please attend to this... for a communications company... no one wants to communicate with us.
