I can't understand why no one is responding

I have called wonga, i have received email after email to send my proof of payment. I am getting no response its over 48 hours. No one is acknowledging if anything is being done or been looked at. I called the first time the agent [Email Removed] was the email hours later it was [Email Removed] and I wonder why i am surprised no one bothers to call me back or even cares to acknowledge receipt of the emails. I genuinely am having an experience of the worst customer service known to man.
