Defective Samsung Galaxy Note 2

I upgraded on 0837815264 to Samsung Galaxy Note 2, imei nr 354839050863789.
I used the phone for 2weeks and then the speaker died, i could not receive and make calls as i could not hear others. I upgraded in Pretoria and the the phone started giving me problems in Bloemfontein. I took the pghone to Mtn in Bfn but they refuse to exchange a handset that is 2 weeks old, which i will be paying for 24months, clearly this handset is defective, as theres no liquid or physical damage. Instead i have been taken up and down, took it to white house mtn, mimosa mall mtn and now its booked for repairs was told it would be repaired in x3hrs but im still waiting. I want this handset replaced, called jhb nr this morning for assistance, i got a rude consultant who told me she cannot explain to me how defective goods warranty, im so disgusted by her attitude, her name is Dudu.
