Incompetent staff, endless unnecessary delays!

How many staff members does it take to approve documentation? Heaven only knows as it has not happened yet!

My application was approved and finalised on Sun 26 Jan and I sent through required documentation the same day. Scanned a colour copy of my ID and my municipal rates account (twice as they'd given me two emails).

Monday I got several calls questioning my documentation saying that they want the "originals" and not a print out. Took many words later for the person to understand it was a scanned copy and not a print out from our municipality. Resent the docs twice again.

Eventually told that I must take a photograph of the account as the scan was not acceptable. Did so and sent this to THREE emails provided. Get sms demanding docs. Sent AGAIN! Get more sms messages up to this morning again.

Ultimately how long can I expect this process to take? I have to pay someone this afternoon and you still have not completed your side of things! Must I now send my docs AGAIN which will be about the tenth time?

How incompetent are your staff? Come on, be truthful!
