I have been trying since 23 April 2013, when VODACOM allowed my data usage to run op to R5000! Their poor excuse, my credit record with them is so good and seen as I can "afford" it, the system only notified me on R5000, 00 date usage!!! I have NEVER used this much data and due to reasons explained to VODACOM NUMEROUS TIMES, which they chose to ignore, like my written attempts to make arrangements! I DEMANDED EVERYTHING IN WRITING FOR A REASON! They claim that the accounts department can only do everything telephonically! Why, seems like they have something to hide and don't want anything in writing! Now they threaten to cut my line, when I'm doing my utmost best to PAY THE HUGE AMOUNT! I am fed-up now, I'm going to lay a formal complaint at the Ombudsman & Consumer Complaints! They are ripping their customers! Why not notify me of the high usage on R200 - R500, why R5 0000???
