Sadly I switched from MTN to Cell C in May 2013.
The network coverage has been shocking. Yesterday 23 calls were dropped!! Please check my records to confirm.
I get complaints from clients that calls are going to straight to voicemail.
Online banking is near impossible as Investec sends a one time password which arrives 5-15 minutes after I have requested it, and by then has expired. This is seriously impacting my ability to do business.
Please can a credible representative of your company call me so I can cancel my contract or explain how you are going to remedy the situation of such little coverage.
I commute mainly between Sandton and Norhcliff (not exactly outlying areas)
