This has been over 2 months since i wrote my last complaint, when i did write my last complaint i had a technical consultant call me the next morning telling me that all will be sorted with the network by end of week otherwise he will send me a form that i must fill out and send it back to Cellc and a technician will come out to me to check the problem, i then waited till the end of the week nothing was sorted so i filled the document out and sent if back, it has been approx 2 months and i still have had the same problem as before and no response.
