POOR SERVICE

On Monday 20 May I've contacted 084 140 complaining about my newly upgraded contract. I wasn't happy with it and according to them I could change my contract within 7 days after upgrading. So... Tuesday 21 May I went to Cell C festival Mall. They took my phone and said it was suppose to be send in for inspection I assume to make sure that it's still in a good condition. According to Lerato it would have taken between 5 and 7 days before I get feedback. Today is day 7 and when I phonedthis morning they said that the phone hasn't even been looked at.

So can I please get answers... is Cell C going to help me to change my contract or do I have to start looking for another service provider that's more willing and able to help?
