In 2011 December there was a promotion done by telkom for telephone and internet access, I applied and was told that the telephone will be installed in January the 06th 2012. The phone was never installed. In July I got an sms that says I owe R2, 983.83 for telephone and internet. I called the numbwer and explained that I do not have the landline it was never installed.
Several times I have been receiving calls from telkom demanding payment and I told them same story I even asked them to investigate the matter as I believe I should be having where i signed or they should show me the contract, they said they will advise. today I received an sms from their lawyers, i have legal action for a telephone i never owned.
