What is difficult in doing a sim swap??? Sibusiso Radebe the most incompetent consultant i have ever come across. instead of trying to assist a client, he is trying to "explain" something which was still not assisting or bring resolution. this is a 56 yr old lady who is telling you when last did she buy a recharge voucher and for what amount because you SIBUSISO RADEBE said though she gave a correct amount, she got the date wrong, you cannot do her sim swap. What is the point if rica if you cannot be able to verify the person's details you have? CELLC though i am not your costumer, and i will never be one, because of your service levels. on behalf of Mama Julian who is unfortunately your client, I AM APPALLED, by this kind of service. no wonder you will not be able to penetrate the market, no matter what free airtime or low call rates you give. Your service consultants leaves so much to be desired! word of advice, take all you Sibusiso Radebe's take them to Discovery Health, to be taught a thing or two about customer service!!
