I bought my dad a prepaid phone last year. The phone was subsequently about 2 weeks ago. We noticed that the perpetrators were still using the sim. We could not report the phone as we no longer had the IMEI number. Sibusiso not only gave me great service over the phone but was able to help blacklist the phone, block the sim and give me the imei number. Sibusiso, you are a legend and I will always be grateful for the amazing service and helpful attitude I received today.
