Samsung B5330 Losing MTN Network (Part 3)

I collected the Samsung B5330 from CrownMines HVRC at 10:30, and 3 hrs later it was dead. This phone spends more time at MTN than with me. I dont think MTN can fix this phone. Samsung now it is time you do something about this issue. Veronica, I dont know what does Samsung standards say about this phone? I dont want this phone anymore and it is going in for warranty assessment. I'm done with Samsung. This phone was booked on 13 June, and now it is dead within 3 hrs of switching it on. MTN, YOU DONT NEED TO RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT, BECAUSE YOUR RESPONSES ARE AS HEAVY AS THE MIST IN THE MORNING IN THE LOWVELD. I CANT TAKE ANYMORE INSULTS FROM YOU. YOUR RESPONSE IS JUST A LIP SERVICE, WITH NO ACTION.
