I am utterly dissapointed at the lack of service frm mtn, I went into their gateway store on 15/06/13, got a contract signed and asked that my pre paid number be transferred onto the contract. To date this has not been done and now my pre paid number has been suspended. I have been contacting the store and mtn customer services every day since. The last straw is today when I was told that I have to wait a furthe 24hrs. I am now left with out anyform of communication.surely it doesn't take over 120 hrs to activate a contract?
