Unresolved One Month Old Technical Query

Ref: 3091602347 - 3 weeks after receiving an upgraded contract to Z10 a bill of R1930.57 was received as opposed to an Aug bill of R304.89. Upon receipt of an itemised bill, a query with the technical department was logged to investigate the excess internet usage (in particular 2 specific occurrences amounting to over R1000.). To date, probably over 15 calls to the centre and numerous technical support people later, nobody can give me an answer. Today (11/10/13) alone - 9 calls and 11 consultants later still no help. Due to this incompetence, I have and will only pay the subscription amount of R352.00 due on the Sept Invoice as no one has coming back with verification that it was my IP address linked to my cell serial number that resulted in the charges. After 10 years with C cell, I am absolutely appalled at this service and will be changing my service provider as soon as the opportunity arises. I will not be settling the balance of the 01 Sep Invoice until my query is resolved (a statement I have made on your so-called recorded calls to all the consultants during the month of September), so don't bother debiting me as I will reverse the amount of R1578.00 on each occasion.
