I went into the Rosebank store on 13 Feb to request change of ownership of the contract from my personal name into my business name. I spoke to Chiedza who confirmed that all the documents that I handed her were correct and that I would be contacted within 7 days to confirm that this has been done...
To date, almost a month later, still no call received and this hasn't yet been changed into my business name.
A few days ago, I called Chieza to follow up. She wasn't too helpful and just referred me to customer services who I called. They say that I have to go into the store to do it.
I will not go into the store again since I see this as unnecessary because I have already been there...
Please sort this out URGENTLY!
