I have been trying to resolve a query on a mobile phone contract that was sold to me under "false pretenses" I have been trying to get some sort of solution with no help whatsoever from any department within Telkom Mobile. This has been going on from the 27th of May with no solution at all. I keep being told that someone will call me back and yet nobody has done so.
